I am selling my plates due to me moving back to Victoria! I have sent them back to Perth, a friend has the paperwork which I have filled out for the buyer and my part the seller. She has taken the plates to DOT direct Midland Office which they hold onto them until I sell them? They are black with red writing as there is not an option up the top with the red, to do this.
