FOR SALE: Custom Plate “ELIX7R” Selling this custom plate I ordered – “ELIX7R” (meant to read as “Elixir”). Never been used, still brand new. I originally got it just because I really like the word “Elixir”, but ended up not putting it on a car. Looks clean, unique, and definitely stands out a bit more than the usual plates.
Victorian personalised plates are managed by VicRoads through the VPlates platform. Victoria charges no annual fees on personalised plates — once you buy them, they are yours to keep with no ongoing costs. This makes VIC plates particularly attractive on the secondary market, as buyers know there are no hidden recurring charges.
To transfer a personalised plate in Victoria, both buyer and seller must complete a Transfer of Registration Number Plate Rights form. The transfer must be lodged within 14 days of the sale. Transfers can be processed at a VicRoads office or online through the VPlates portal.
